Maldives to Restart Tourism from July 2020

After a long period of closure of borders and halt of tourism industry as precautionary measure to curb the spreading of COVID-19 outbreak, Tourism ministry of Maldives confirmed that Maldives will restart tourism and re-open borders for visitors from July 2020. 

Ahead of July re-opening of borders, Tourism authorities of Maldives assured travellers that no additional charges will be levied when the country re-open its borders to visitors. 

“We want to assure our guests that they will not be charged any additional fees to enter the Maldives” a statement read.
“ We hope to see you soon on these sandy shores”
